As usual we start at 8 o´clock in Vienna, our first stop this year is not in Wöllersdorf, its one place bevore, there are parking places for motorcycles.

Without problems we reach Trieste, where we take a good coffee before we drive into town.

Because many people ask by mail for the way to Anek Lines in Trieste:

From direction Udine (A4), you drive the highway ca. 30 Kilometer in direction Slowenia, till exit "Zona Industriale, Via caboto, Molo VII" (the last exit before Slowenia. This exit till the end from the townbridge. At the end you reach exit Molo VII, turn left and under highway and down the left ramp. Check-in-Office (red point) is at the end of place.

From direction Monfalcone drive strait along the coast, between main railwaystation, always in direction slowenia. Along the harbor till a big curve (sign-post: Slowenia, highway, ANEK Depature). Left into the avenue and straigt away till you can see the sign higway. Not to the highway, along 50 meters between and right. Under the highway and left, then you follow the ANEK LINES signs.

Triest - Patra

She is waiting in harbor: El Venizelos. But what we cannot know: it is one of her last passages, she will be sold after. May bee because of this, she is driving very slow. We have to take 4 hours lateness.

But not any tragic, we should arrive Patra at 6 in the morning. So it will be 10.

As managed, we meet Herbert on the ship. He will follow with his Opel Kalibra. What will it be with a car in the back? Herbert takes our luggage in his car. The first prifit: if it is not packed, it cannot slide or fall down.
