Patras
- Evia/Euböa
From
Patras we drive over the "Bridge" to Nafpaktos, where we first put off
our pullover and take the sunglasses. In morning freshness we drive the known
way to Itea, Delfi to Thiva. Good signed the way to motorway where we like to
drive till the 4. exit. But there is a sign at the first exit to Chalkida (Halkida,
Khalkida). It dont brings us to the federal highway but to a side street. All
way goes to Rome
äh
Euböa, we take this this yellow street
from our plan, it becomes more closely and more impacthole-rich, but also nice
to drive. So we go in Vathi again to the highway and take the way above the new
bridge (- it is also about "Old Bridge" possible - ), in Chalkida more
right and find
15 km after Chalkida in a left curve right the entry to Camping Milos.
It is calm
at the place on this wednesday at 9 pm. There are not so much campers. May be
the much caravans will be from the Athens which are here on the weekend.
Analysis
of the luggage problem
While we always
began weeks before our past journeys to sort the things we made it this time in
only 3 days. we thought we are experienced. And then the mistaces followed.
Thus
remained undiscovered, in the reserve camera the film was missing and the battery
was empty, it was not seen if the things unnecessary way were carried forward
several times and the long-proven luggage order we reorganized. In Eretria we
stated that we had three tubes tooth paste with us, to much garb (two worm pullovers
are to much with 30°C), we found in the corners of our suit-cases altogether
seven pair of gloves (2 warm for the rainy Austria and 2 light for Greece only
with Tjaky) also 2 spare air mattresses (because also in places at the sea air
mattresses in the lower saison for the standard repertoire of the mini Markets
do not belong). But we had the "carpet" (mat), which lies before the
entrance to the tent, and some other useful things forgotten - although we had
gone through over years a check list developed, in addition, not each detail contains.
Well that one gets everything in Eretria! Also muck excavator bucket, in order
to get rid of from redundant one, are there!
