The straight as a dart and right-angled streets from synthetik Olympia are very clean and touristic. At many places are town-plans ans on each you find "You are here". In the mainstreet are many souveniershops, juwelerys and lokals, and all of them are with high prices for not so much to eat. Only in the little snackbars it is cheaper - but the quality?

The whole town is like "New colored" (and "don´t touch"). The new railwaystation is like a old temple. At the great crossing near hotel Olympia Palace they build. The park, built in terasses is ready. 800.000 tourists can come, they are awaited. The guides and hotels are waiting.

Ofcourse the best will from townfathers we feel more flair from the old stones as the new town. Here is nothing to find from the greek friendship to tourists, even tsasiki is without the olive. We hope you know what we mean.

New Olympia is not a town to stay long, but to see and go.

The only one who are others were Thusinidas Kosmopoulas and his wife, two old people, from Camping Diana. Their heart is open for wishes and contentment of their guests.

Internetcafe Aiolos

Twop days we try to look into our three most important mail-boxes to kill the spam. Normally, we need half an hour to do that. But the PCs in IC Aiolos seem to be feed with sleeping pills instead of elektricity. All few minutes the connection goes down ... new login ... look ... delete ... don't work ... session finished ... no connection. We leave the cafe and hope for a better connection the next day.

On the next day it isn't better. In the nearly two hours we are sitting in front of the monitor we really "work" half an hour. The rest of the time is wasted with waiting. Wait till the pages are open, wait till the administrator has connected the server again.

And if you believe there was an apology or a reducing of the price, you are wrong. By the way: We were not able to delete the spam in our three most important mail-boxes - in Aiolos not on two days in three hours.

20 minutes 1,50 Euro, 1 hour 4,- Euro.
