The place is ~
4.5 km western of Githio, the entry is near an AVIN-Petrolstation. The mainway
is concreted. The places for the tents are mostly under orangetrees. In the beginning
june they leave their fruits and give it to the camper.
Many
swollows have their nests in the toiletbuildings and under the roof of the restaurant.
They clean the air from troublesome insects. If the swollows are sleeping, the
geckos take their turn. To study their hunt is more interesting than looking tv.
A highlight are
restaurant and bar, which are opened for the season at the day of our arriving.
At noon is selfservice in the restaurant, at night is Peter in affliction for
the camper. Born as german he did not forget his mothertongue and the restaurant
is opened at least till 23 p.m., may be longer. The menues are changing dayly.
Fresh fish is possible, but only if you order it for the next day! The citchen
is wonderful, the prices are under those of the taverns of Githio.
If you take your camp theyr, tell Peter good luck from Tjaky and Rudi from the
"Bikerwelt"!
The bar is opened the whole day and in the evening till the last thirsty is away.
There is played changeful, not too loud music and it is possible to dance on the
little dancefloor.
Because of the strong wind in the bay there are good conditions for surfing. For
surfboard and sail there is a blocked up terretory. Also possible: volley- and
basketball, tabletennis and dart.
Extrem pollenalergik people should take the place after the the first 2 june-weeks.
